We provide a full end to end management service for Biodiversity Net Gain agreements, from initial assessments, through to habitat creation and the ongoing management over the 30 year term.

Our first stage is to asses the current habitat condition of a site. Using the statutory biodiversity metric we can calculate the amount of units required or potential uplift of a site.

Wether you are looking to make provision for BNG onsite or create units off site we can help design a scheme that will maximise BNG scope using our experienced ecological design team.

If at this stage we identify there will be an excess of units created we can work with a series of trusted partners to help market additional units.

Once plans are approved we work with a variety of trusted contractors to build and create the habitat in line with the designs.

We take responsibility for all project management and oversee the full build process.

BNG habitats must be maintained and monitored for a 30 year period.

Our contract management service ensures the habitats are correctly maintained for the duration of the scheme in order to achieve the required BNG targets and mitigate compliance risk.

As well as maintaining the habitats we will ensure that there are regular ecological surveys undertaken as per the habitat management and monitoring plan (HMMP).

As well as on the ground monitoring using expert ecologists, we utilise modern technology to ensure the data has the highest integrity.

Using all the data provided by the surveys we produce a series of data led reports which not only fulfil the requirements of the HMMP but also allow clear reporting to stakeholders and customers .

Should an LPA want to inspect the progress of a site under our managementwe assume all responsibility for compliance reporting.
